Sede Bogotá., ) Angarita Pérez, Luis Felipe; Rodriguez Ávila, Miguel Ángel; Vergara Pineda, Juan Martín; Vaca Ríos, John JairoUsing multiple numerical experiments, the aerodynamic performance and the acoustic response of the ow colliding with a simpli ed front landing gear are characterized at Mach and Reynolds numbers of 0.23 and 1;54 106 respectively, using a RANS technique such as the Spalart-Allmaras model of turbulence. The calculations are made with multiple three-dimensional meshes of up to 3.3 million elements. The acoustic response for each of the simulated cases is evaluated in the near and far eld by means of the solution of the Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings equation and is compared with the results obtained by the scienti c community. The curves and contours of mean velocity and RMS velocity show a behavior similar to that found by other authors, and the values of the sound pressure levels present the trend reported by other researchers in the near eld; however, far eld sound pressure level values are a ected by the numerical techniques used. Regarding the comparison between the two di erent LAGOON con gurations, no obvious variation was found.
