Sede Bogotá., ) Rodríguez Rairan, Sandra Patricia; Sáchica Cepeda, Leidy CristinaThe present work was carried out to obtain the title of specialist in the art of learning processes, and it pretends to propose a training strategy to reduce the dropout rates caused by the lack of interest or motivation of the apprentices of the Agroindustrial and Business Development Center (Centro de Desarrollo Agroindustrial y Empresarial). This strategy involves the artistic component, more specifically photography since, with it, different concepts can be taught in a more graphic way, which makes it adaptable to any degree. The strategy aims both to explore skills in apprentices and provoke interest, thus reducing dropout rates during the apprenticeship. The methodology involves qualitative and quantitative postulates, since tools such as student surveys and interviews will be implemented. Surveys will be used to identify the most relevant aspects associated with their disinterest in the training process. Later, with interviews, and using Colb test and the multiple intelligences tests, the learning style, and its strengths, will be determined, in order to generate a Work plan that involves learning outcomes developed through photography
