- ÍtemAnálisis de un material compuesto con uso de nanotubos de carbono para aplicación en estructuras espaciales(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Rodríguez Lozano, Héctor Mauricio;; Gravenhorst, AndreasThis document aims to analyze the use of composite materials with the addition of carbon nanotubes, in the construction of future space structures, as an integral part of the designs and constructions of various types of structures used both in the exploration and in the consolidation of human activities. in outer space. The work is based on three fundamental stages: the first is the definition of a theoretical model to determine the viability of the use of carbon nanotubes as a base or additive component to the composite materials used today. The second stage is based on a theoretical analysis of the behavior of said composite material, to determine its resistance in terms of stresses, impacts, pressures and thermal variations. Finally, a computational analysis will be carried out to corroborate the information obtained theoretically to simulate the use of such materials in the long term in spatial structures, emphasizing the development of space exploration vehicles.
