Sede Bogotá., ) Riascos Riascos, Gertrudis; Mancera Baquero, JennyferThis disciplinary intervention proposal was developed with the purpose of designing a playful strategy to improve reading comprehension in third grade students of the Sagrada Familia Educational Institution, in the municipality of López de Micay-Cauca. The activities that were proposed to improve this situation were part of a qualitative approach, with the intention of knowing and solving the different behaviors that alter the coexistence within the classroom. The inductive method allowed the exploration and description of the events, and the type of research was Action-Research, through which the researchers had a better understanding of the central problem of the research. The technique for data collection was Participant Observation, where according to the direct immersion in the place of the events, the events that took place there were better understood, taking note of each one of them through the Field Diary instrument, which allowed recording each event or situation evidenced by the researchers. The various recreational activities are contained in the proposal called: Conviviendo-aprendo. These were designed with the intention of motivating students to actively participate in the dynamics proposed in the classroom, thus achieving positive progress in the teaching-learning process.
