Sede Bogotá., ) Riascos Riascos, Ana Sobeida; Mancera Baquero, JennyferFor the development of this Educational Intervention Project, the central problem that accompanies the fourth grade students of the Dos Quebradas Educational Institution, López de Micay-Cauca, is taken into account, in whom it has been evidenced that, after the return of the students to face-to-face, their behavior changed, where the behaviors became aggressive, irascible reactions and with little tolerance between them. For this reason, it was considered essential to design a playful-pedagogical strategy to promote assertive communication and achieve in students an adequate management of their emotions called: Assertive communication improves my life. This proposal is made by means of a qualitative approach, based on an inductive method with a type of action research with the intention of getting students the necessary motivation to bring about change in their behavior. The data collection techniques are Participant Observation, with an instrument a Field Diary was made. It should be mentioned that an initial diagnosis is made to understand the reasons why students present disruptive behaviors. The conclusions that were reached consisted in determining that through an adequate intervention, it is possible to achieve a change in the students that allows improving, not only the attitude of the minors, but also in the teaching-learning process.
