- ÍtemLa gastronomía tradicional de la abuela Carmela y tía Damiana a niños artistas(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Rebolledo Pájaro, Angélica María; Ibánez Velandia, Aura YanethThe application of the pedagogy of the ancestral values of the Afro-Colombian communities is the main motivation for the realization of the proposal of disciplinary intervention "The traditional gastronomy of the grandmother Carmela and Aunt Damiana to children artists" to develop with the childhood of the Escallón Villa neighborhood from the city of Cartagena. The following document combines training in traditional gastronomy through photography (visual arts) and stories (literature) in order to give meaning to ancestral values handed down from generation to generation. The problem addressed by the proposal is the limited access to culture and artistic training of the population of 5 to 12 years of Cartagena, which is why the problem question is generated How, through traditional gastronomy, photography and stories can identity traits and cultural appropriation be built in children? Starting from the previous question, the following project has as a general objective "to develop a training program based on the culinary culture that promotes visual arts and literature in the infant population of the Escallón Villa neighborhood". This project is based on the purpose of generating spaces of social cohesion and learning the cultural values that identify children as Cartagena. The names of the grandmother Carmela and Aunt Damiana is a tribute made by the author to her family members, who are the source of inspiration for the approach of the proposal.
