Sede Bogotá., ) Parra Rojas, Tania Lorena; Ramírez Vega, Sergio Nicolás; Rincón Macias, Paula Ximena; Aldana Ortiz, Martha CeciliaThe following proposal proposes to elaborate a theoretical diagnosis for the use and elaboration of a technological tool, for the promotion of scientific tourism in the Chingaza National Natural Park, based on augmented reality. This proposal is intended to benefit the park and the surrounding communities by mitigating the economic and social impact that they experienced from the covid-19 pandemic. This natural reserve was economically affected since the beginning of 2020 where it was not allowed to visit the park, since the mandatory confinement established by the national government during the first half of the year, according to resolution 137 of March 16, 2020; where it is dictated: "By means of which the temporary closure is ordered and the entry of visitors and tourism service providers is prohibited in the areas of the System of National Natural Parks open to Ecotourism" (Law No. 137,2020).For this reason and because of the importance of this natural reserve for our Country, it was taken as a reference for the preparation of this work. It should be noted that this park is a refuge for fauna and flora, and has one of the largest water reserves that supplies around 80% of Bogotá's drinking water and the rest in the surrounding municipalities, and being negatively affected economically during the global pandemic, requiring a boost to somehow recover. In this work you will find the research carried out within the Chingaza National Natural Park and the benefits that it would have when implementing a technological tool that positively promotes this Natural Park. During modern times, applications and platforms have been developed that have been characterized by means of technology highlighting natural spaces, so we want to take advantage of the government's help to both sectors, both the tourism sector and the technology sector, when investigating the feasibility of implement this idea. In this research, instruments with quantitative and qualitative methodology were used to obtain results that determined what the benefits are for the park, by promoting scientific tourism through an augmented reality technological tool.
