Sede Bogotá., ) Ramírez Reyes, Carolina; Matiz Romero, Yudi Alejandra; Paeres Aguirre, Ana MaríaThe next disciplinary intervention project: Plastic arts as a playful strategy of interaction in inclusive spaces for the students of the second grade of the Rogelio Salmona IED school of Bogotá D.C., arises from the difficulty evidenced in 9 students of second grade, diagnosed with different types of disability, to develop socialization processes in a natural and participatory way both vertical (teacher-student) and horizontal (student-student), which has generated barriers of inclusion, not only from teachers but also from peers towards children with disabilities. The general objective of this proposal of intervention is to promote inclusive interactions through the plastic arts, to strengthen trust and respect relationships for the difference contributing, in that way, to mitigate the barriers of social inclusion, impacting the Institutional Pedagogical Project and the educational community, through artistic activities raised in classroom projects, which facilitate collaborative work, participation with equity, strengthening relationships and interactions between participants in a dynamic, flexible way, with empathy and solidarity in inclusive, accessible and learning-generating environments. Based on the above, the intervention strategy proposed: "PEDAGOGICAL COLLECTIVE ACTION PLAN: EQUAL TONES", which is focused on the plastic arts, to contribute to the development of capacities and skills, not only cognitive, but emotional in inclusive environments, recognizing that being different is an unpostponable right, regardless of their personal, social, or cultural conditions
