Sede Bogotá., ) Ramírez Ciclos, Norvelly; Mestizo Tenorio, Wilfredo; Achicue Tenorio, Pablo; Alonso González, Julián AndrésFor the realization of this disciplinary intervention proposal, a strategy was designed to take into account the importance for the indigenous communities to recover and keep alive their culture and identity that characterizes them; for this reason it is considered necessary to strengthen the value of ancestral knowledge in the students of the El Tablazo Educational Center, Toribio Cauca, so that in this way the survival of the ancestral knowledge of the Nasa ethnic group is achieved. Therefore, a series of activities are carried out as part of the proposal called: Through orality, my community lives on. The methodology proposed for the development of this research was made through the qualitative approach, accompanied by an ethnographic design, with the purpose of letting the researchers know the reasons why certain attitudes that are far from the culture that characterizes them occur in the students. Thus, the data collection techniques of Participant Observation and Structured Interview directed to students are required. It is concluded that by means of an adequate intervention, a change of attitude can be achieved in the students with respect to keeping alive their cultural traditions that for centuries have identified this indigenous community.
