Sede Bogotá., ) Ramírez Bastidas, Rafael Humberto; Gómez Romero, Ana DoloresThe intervention project presents the methodological path to design pedagogical material from the linkage of ancestral knowledge strengthening the relationship between students of sixth grade in the Educational Institution Tumbichucue and nature. To achieve this objective, it is necessary to use methodological instruments derived from the knowledge of the Nasa people, such as the linking of indigenous rituals and methodological instruments of Participatory Action Research (PAR) such as semi-structured interviews and questionnaire surveys. The environmental educational didactic material will have to structure the ancestral knowledge in relation to the Andean forest and the environmental scientific knowledge of the same, in addition to projecting according to the interests and environmental needs of the students with the addition of empowering them in the cultural strengthening of an environmental identity emergent. It is necessary not to deny the cultural aspects of indigenous peoples in relation to their natural environment in the development of environmental education processes, this intercultural approach encourages the path that seeks the sustainable development of peoples.
