Sede Bogotá., ) Orozco Pedroza, Yuranis Yuseth; Amariles Garcia, Diana Marcela; Solarte Ortega, José Luis; Quiroga Lugo, Laura CamilaIn these times of globalization, where information and influences of all kinds permeate without control through multimedia and the internet, they reach students without any censorship from parents or guardians who live with them; this distances them from their cultural heritage and the manifestations of their context, thus creating detachment, disconnection, and a lack of knowledge of their origins and traditions. This proposal was carried out at the Diversified Eastern Educational Institution, located in the municipality of Santo Tomas, El Carmen branch, in the department of Atlántico, in the first grade, aiming to strengthen students' cultural identity through play. It was conducted using qualitative methodology with an ethnographic approach, and descriptive techniques were employed in this research with a sample of 16 first-grade students. An initial matrix was applied to them to assess their initial sense of belonging with their own culture. Subsequently, a playful strategy was implemented to encourage, motivate, and engage students in recognizing and appreciating cultural traits, customs, gastronomy, oral traditions, figures, festivals, artistic productions, and architectural heritage of Santo Tomás. The development of the strategy allowed for a closer connection to the sense of belonging for students, peers, and the entire educational community, leaving as a discussion point the commitment that adults have to the new generations to help us recognize ourselves as a vibrant municipality full of traditions.

Sede Bogotá., ) Cruz Alfonso, Irma Rocío; Herrera Santiago, Ana Soley; Quiroga Lugo, Laura CamilaThe present study was conducted at the Los Fundadores Educational Institution in Mesetas - Meta. The objective of the research was to develop an integrated pedagogical approach that impacts school motivation and meaningful learning of second grade students. To address this issue, the question was posed: How to impact the motivation of second grade students of the Los Fundadores Educational Institution through the application of strategies and activities that enhance meaningful learning? The methodological design of this study was based on a qualitative approach and was divided into five phases: problem statement, hypothesis formulation, sample selection, data collection and information analysis. The instruments used for data collection were participant observation and a questionnaire designed to evaluate student motivation. In order to provide a solution to the problems encountered, the pedagogical proposal "Potentiating Learning" was proposed based on an integrated pedagogical approach involving the following strategies: Cooperative learning, use of multimedia resources and active methodologies. After the implementation of the proposal, favorable results were evidenced: collaboration was stimulated, active participation was encouraged and teamwork was strengthened. In the analysis of results, the responses and observations collected throughout the study were examined. The research conditions highlighted the importance of implementing pedagogical strategies that foster student motivation. The strategies were found to have the potential to enhance student participation and engagement in the educational process.

Sede Bogotá., ) García Charry, María del Carmen; Quiroga Lugo, Laura CamilaThe universal usefulness of mathematics is recognized by the Colombian educational system, which is dedicated to the progressive training of students in this important area of knowledge. In this sense, within the harsh local realities, cultivating a love for studying is a titanic task for educators, whose professional responsibility calls them to be agents of change from their own daily realities. Therefore, faced with such problems, a research was developed with the purpose of promoting motivation in the students of the Giovanii Cristinila Technical Educational Institution towards learning mathematics and statistical concepts through situations present in their environment. This is a mixed study, with an action research design, structured in 4 stages, which included a sample of 28 students, using two questionnaires as information collection instruments, validated by experts and subjected to a test. reliability using the Cronbach Alpha coefficient. The information collected was analyzed using the SPSSv.25 software. The univariate analyzes to evaluate the motivation and learning of statistical concepts before and after the implementation of the teaching strategy showed its effectiveness, achieving significant and promising improvements in this matter.

It is a seedbed that cultivates the seeds of knowledge, establishing solid foundations in their minds. This gives them the wisdom and confidence necessary to grow and prosper, opening a wide range of opportunities in their lives and leaving an indelible mark of progress and well-being on the future of the community. However, in teaching practice, it has been observed that many primary school students drop out of school in masse., which generates great responsibility in the pedagogical field. In response to this worrying situation, an investigation was carried out aimed at implementing a recreational-pedagogical strategy to prevent school dropouts of primary students at the Educational Institution La Concordia (Santa Elena Headquarters), located in the Municipality of Paujil, Caquetá This strategy focused on strengthening the life projects of students, recognizing that education is a powerful tool to shape a promising future. The study was based on a qualitative approach and adopted an action research approach It was carried out with the participation of a sample of 20 students from the previously mentioned institution The research used data collection techniques, such as the observation rubric, the semi-structured interview with the parents of family and the survey of the students involved The results revealed significant progress in key areas, such as motivation, goal identification, self-confidence and resilience of the students In conclusion, the playful-pedagogical strategy proved to be effective in strengthening the life projects of the students, which positions it as a valuable tool to prevent school dropouts and provide a promising horizon for these children and young people. Education thus becomes the lighthouse that illuminates their path, eplacing ignorance with knowledge, poverty for prosperity and misery for plenitude.
