Currently in the company, the functions in this area are irrigated in no order, since there is no specific manual of functions that informs them what are the functions of each employee, to carry out the document management, each person in the area is responsible for organizing the assigned project, but there is no system that allows us to regulate everything in a timely and regulatory manner, at this time this process is in a training phase, because the Processing and Writing Area is new in the company , has been created for 3 years, due to the need for project growth in the company. Nowadays, it is of utmost importance within the document management of organizations to carry out compliance processes and follow-up of the departments created, in order to evaluate the performance of employees, and with this project we seek to improve the performance evaluation in order to help to the company to focus on how important its employees are and the functions they perform and that there must be an order in their regulatory processes. The proposal that we are going to present is focused on the following aspects: 1. Almacenamiento de los Documentos firmados por los clientes (contratos – promesas – otro si y cesiones) 2. Clasificación (archivar). 3. Distribución (entregar los ejemplares a quien corresponda). 4. Seguridad (bajo la ley Habeas Data) documentos confidenciales. 5. Recuperación de documentos 6. Creación de nuevos documentos 7. Autenticación 8. Flujo de trabajo 9. Custodia
