Methodology: This is a work that is based on social inquiry. The which is an investigation based on the interpretation, understanding and understanding” to fifth grade students of the Institution, parents and teachers, applying methods for the analysis of information such as structured survey, brainstorming and observation. Results: By developing our proposal for "playful pedagogical workshops" carried out with students, parents and teachers of the fifth grade of school of the San Juan Bautista educational institution we observed that the participants showed great interest and enthusiasm in the proposed work, which leaves a great satisfaction of having achieved the objectives set for include play in the development of the teaching-learning process, contributing thus to the academic improvement in our students, in this case it exposes the positive attitude of the preferred style for the learner. Conclusion: When analyzing the results of the research proposal "workshops playful pedagogical" with students, parents and teachers we can conclude that the ludic is part of the human being therefore none of our academic activities can do without it, for this reason, the consolidation in the teaching-learning process and new strategies playful pedagogical activities developed by the teachers will allow a better performance.
