Sede Bogotá., ) Florez Hoyos, Jonathan Julio; Pineda Zapata, Leydi Adriana; Rodríguez Pérez, María Victoriahe present proposal of disciplinary intervention (PDI) with the title: "Improve interpersonal relations in the work context in the company Integral Ingenieros Consultores in the Hydroelectric Project Ituango" aims to propose participatory methodologies that make it possible to improve the interpersonal relations of the company in question. This proposal is made with the purpose of designing and applying recreational activities that enable the improvement of interpersonal relationships in the company Integral Engineers Associates, applying participatory methodologies that promote a harmonious working environment. It is because of the above, that the employees of this company by the high levels of stress, the workload and the monotony have been losing empathy and cordiality, going from the personal to the work and even evidenced in the relations with other companies resident in the camp. This PDI is framed in a qualitative methodology that is part of the research action in which it seeks to design and apply participatory methodologies in favor of improving interpersonal relationships in the company, to generate a harmonious working climate. With this research where participatory methodologies are applied for the improvement of interpersonal relations in the work context provides a series of activities that promote a more harmonious work environment by solving problems in a playful, assertive communication through contact and teamwork with active group breaks, in which participants collaboratively help each other.
