The pedagogical approach is connectivist, with constructivist didactics focused on student learning and the teacher as a guide or tutor. It consists of the design and elaboration of a didactic strategy through TIC, the virtual learning object "Learning with creativity", which consists of contents and activities in accordance with the objective of enhancing the thinking skills of the average students of the IED Isabel II of the City of Kennedy in Bogotá. This strategy will be implemented on the website having a learning environment integrating ELearnig or B-Learnig learning platforms. Because during the last three years the results of the saber tests have been deficient related to the argumentative and propositional competence of the area of language and mathematics. Authors' biographies have been consulted, who contributed to the conceptualization of the didactics of thinking skills in problem solving were consulted; some previous knowledge, concepts of the thematic content elements, explanatory videos, printable workshops, online assessments and games that help to review the concepts and thus the students will be interactively motivated to develop the skills according to their rhythm and style learning.
