That is why it is considered important that it be developed under a qualitative approach, considering that through this it is possible to give solution to the problem that is the center of this work, since it places the researchers in the same place of the events. The population that is taken to form the sample is made up of eighteen students, whose ages range from thirteen to sixteen. Regarding this choice of students, it has been mentioned that this was based on finding in them difficulties related to the reading process. Likewise, the methodology used was the Investigation action. On the other hand, the data collection technique is Observation Participant, accompanied by the instrument of the Field Diary, in which information was recorded observed by the researchers with the intention of analyzing it and finding a possible solution to the central theme. In relation to the latter, the playful strategy called "A journey through of the reading". This proposal is focused on strengthening reading processes, remembering that These allow students to consolidate basic knowledge, in order to strengthen their notions and, thus, manage to reinforce each previous learning through a series of activities and directed dynamics to achieve that goal. The conclusions consisted of mentioning that It is important to involve the playful component to arouse the motivation and interest of the students. students, in this way a significant advance is achieved related to the process of teaching-learning.
