The elaboration and application of a Didactic Unit that contributes to the adequate management of the conflicts present in the classroom, with a sense of community and seeking to improve the school environment.

Sede Bogotá., ) Claros Zambrano, Yamir Eliana; Palacios Lozano, Mary Yirleza; Robayo Ríos, Guillermo; Martínez Rodríguez, Luis AlejandroThe research project entitled "The culture of peace through play in students from rural areas of the Divino Niño educational institution" seeks to strengthen the culture of peace in the boys and girls of this educational center, through a workshop educational based on playful activities, with the aim of reducing violent behaviors that do not allow a healthy coexistence and remarkably point their social, emotional, and academic development. Its approach was qualitative, action research type, population was boys and girls from 7 to 13 years old in multigrade modality school, belonging to the municipality of San José del Fragua in the department of Caquetá; one of the territories affected by the armed conflict and which is currently prioritized within peace process. This research was carried out in four phases, the first diagnostic phase that allowed to contextualize and identify the level of peace culture through cartography; the second, the design of the action plan focused on the educational workshop; the third, the implementation of the action plan and, finally, the fourth phase that led to the evaluation using focus groups. The didactic strategy evidenced in each of the sessions of the applied educational workshop, that communication is the process that allows beginning and continuing any intention to strengthen the peace culture, since the exchange of opinions and feelings leads to the understanding of the other and to from there to the yearned-for peace. The discourse analysis technique based on the cartographies and the focus group allowed us to approach the social reality present in the population under study and go directly to the present problem that decisively affects coexistence inside and outside the classroom.
