This study sought to determine the factors that influenced the low academic performance of the students of the Multigrade Classroom of the El Reparo Educational Center, Korea headquarters, in order to propose didactic strategies based on the game that allow strengthening learning. A qualitative approach study is used in the methodological framework, considering Action Research relevant; Likewise, in this project, 24 students who make up the Multigrade Classroom and 17 parents who belong to the Korea campus were taken as a sample. The instruments used were the qualitative survey and the semi-structured interview, which were applied to the sample of the selected population. The results showed that the factors with the greatest influence on poor academic performance in their order were family, educational and cultural.
