Sede Bogotá., ) Pérez Plata, Consuelo; Rodríguez Pérez, María VictoriaThis project arises within the framework of the search for innovative, creative and playful ideas that would allow a teacher to encourage motivation and interest in the reading proposals that are made during the year of classes. The Colegio San Bartolomé of Bogotá sixth grade students are considered as a context and population, but it is applicable with any group of basic and middle education since reading is a mediator of academic and personal growth. This is how different ways were sought to support children, different tools that promote from literal reading to criticism and strengthen the purpose of education, which is to train people capable of analyzing and interpreting the environment and society, as well as carry out analysis and interpretation processes of the readings. This project promotes the search for new educational methodologies that are favorable for training and learning, favoring innovation in education. It was also important, in the first instance, the identification and recognition of the reading habits of the students to guide the tasks to be carried out in a more active playful way, directing the project towards the taste and pleasure of reading, the understanding of what who read and find learning and happiness in reading. For the development, references were taken such as Gianni Rodarí, Fabio Jurado, Kenny Pieper, Correa and López with the Reggio Emilia approach that is fundamental to promote reading processes.
