It was carried out from a qualitative perspective and the collection technique was a single case analysis, with interviews, based on four conceptual axes: armed conflict / post-conflict, psychological processes, resilience and meaning of life; from the approach of humanistic - existential psychology. From the results it was evidenced that the psychological processes: Cognitive, Emotional, Affective and Behavioral allow us to understand the process of resilience and the resignification of the meaning of life, there are also deficiencies in the fulfillment of the rights of Truth, Justice and Reparation, and the need to generate spaces for dialogue, as well as therapeutic processes that allow emotional recovery for the visualization of resilient factors, aesthetic resources and existential values, it is also identified that the link with the family nucleus allows the grieving process
