Sede Bogotá., ) Ortiz Corredor, Lilia Smith; Ortiz Caycedo, Wilmer Sebastian; Mancera Baquero, JennyferThis project aims to work on emotional regulation with apprentices between 15 and 18 years of the CAT, in order to reduce the incidence of aggressions or violent events, either in an academic context or in an external one by means trough a playful tool (program ) which consists of a series of reflective playful workshops, focused on strengthening emotional processes in adolescents. Being suitable for the development of these topics avoid lectures, which use a too rigid context for the expression and verbalization of emotions. To arrive at this proposal, is required identify the importance of regulation and emotional expression in the development of adolescents, and their impact on situations of aggression, since they are part of a series of social tools, which promote an adequate relationship with people who are part of our social circles. The application of the program consists of three moments distributed as follows: first moment- carry out a previous test of the instrument called “Emotional regulation questionnaire (EQR); second moment -apply three reflective playful workshops; and third moment - apply EQR post test and conduct a focus group. It will be done in this way , to obtain information about the workshop perception and also can provide support on training in emotional regulation and expression, obtaining quantitative and qualitative data to improve and support the program in better way
