For this reason, this project implements a strategy that promotes the good habit of reuse and appropriate use of solid waste as raw material to create and redistribute useful resources in the lives of the inhabitants immersed in the problem resulting from the diagnosis made by observation and survey to the staff of the I. E. Belén de Isnos Huila. Identify strategies and design a didactic proposal for creativity in the management of spaces, time and new knowledge, relating personal life with a healthy, clean environment; to reiterate the invitation to other entities by planning school tasks for environmental care whose resources are solid objects with a useful life for the man of a healthy environmental culture in the medium or long term. The methodological design attends to the problem of environmental contamination, due to the fact that the population abandons or burns solid waste due to lack of awareness to give them an adequate treatment and before which it is proposed: recycle, separate, reuse and create, in order to reduce foci of contamination.Therefore, some aspects must be prioritized, such as the implementation of an environmental education and pedagogy process that leads the citizen to live healthily by implementing an environmental pedagogical strategy that motivates them to use solid waste and avoid contamination both inside and outside the area. School carrying out practices with conscientious citizens, capable of protecting ecosystems so that they can enjoy a healthy environment.In another way, it conceptualizes environmental education and pedagogy focused on the protection and preservation of natural resources by changing the attitude of the Belén Educational community.
