- ÍtemCaracterización del modelo pedagógico para la modalidad virtual en la Corporación Tecnológica de BogotáBonza Quesada, Esthella; Onatra Campo, Enna Lisbeth; Nocua Sarmiento, Efraín AlonsoThis paper describes the characteristics of a pedagogical model for the definition of a virtual program in the Bogotá Technological Corporation (CTB), as a result of the development of the work for the Master in Education of the Los Libertadores University Foundation. The result of this research project will be delivered to the institution in order that the articulated with the current pedagogical model oriented to face-to-face modality. The process for defining the characteristics of the virtual pedagogical model was carried out using a methodological process of analysis and design, considering the first two stages of ADDIE model, the current pedagogical model of the CTB for face-to-face modality, as well as learning theories that adjust to the virtual modality and allow the articulation with the classroom. During the research process, a series of interviews was conducted with the directives of the CTB, with the purpose of recognizing the perceptions that they have in relation to the virtualization of academic programs, a series of surveys of teachers and ICT personnel in order to identify the perceptions regarding pedagogical and technological aspect of the institution for the offer of programs with virtual modality. Finally, a focus group with teachers of the CTB having as objective the recognition of the characteristics that should have the pedagogical model for the virtual modality in the institution. With the information obtained, we proceeded to determine and describe the characteristics of the pedagogical model for the BTC, for which and taking into account the current pedagogical model focusing on the educational process in the student, it was defined that the center of the process would be the student, followed by the dimensions that allow the operation of the educational process in the virtual modality. Regarding the dimensions of the pedagogical model, the dimensions determined by the University of the Balearic Islands were considered, and the elements that compose them were determined in accordance with the document prepared for the Ministry of National Education by the e-Learning 2.0 Association Agreement Colombia, namely: Organizational Dimension, Pedagogical Dimension, and Technological Dimension. From the obtained result, it is the responsibility of the institution to carry out the process of development, implementation and evaluation of the model based on the characteristics given as the final product of this research process within the framework of the pedagogical model for the virtual modality
