- ÍtemDesarrollo de habilidades de interacción social y escolar a través del juego, en los estudiantes de la Escuela Rural Tanacuta del municipio del Cerrito Santander(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Olejua Niño, Neila Maryuri; Camargo Portela, Brigitte PaolaIn rural schools in Colombia, the importance of implementing strategies that strengthen the development of social and school interaction skills through play in primary school students is evident in order to strengthen self-concept, self-esteem, motivation and prosocial attitudes that favor empathy, listening, dialogue and appropriate conflict resolution. Through this intervention proposal, we seek to design and apply a work instrument based on symbolic social play, rules and cooperative, projecting to improve the skills of listening, sharing, public speaking, taking initiatives and facing criticism; and through the evaluation method, to be able to identify the successes and points to improve the relevance of the game as a strategy to improve coexistence in the classroom and its context. Reviewing the research background confirms that this topic is of great relevance today, and with greater reason in the rural area where the fear that students present at the time of talking in class, sharing with their other classmates and participation in recreational activities is observed, for this reason this is an opportunity to give students the experience of learning basic tools to have an assertive communication, self-confidence and interaction with others; therefore, this intervention proposal has a qualitative approach that seeks to apply the descriptive method to interpret the reality of students, analyze results and generate spaces for change in communities.
- ÍtemHabilidades sociales y juego: Diseño de una estrategia pedagógica a través del uso de juegos al interior de un aula heterogénea en el IED Tanacuta(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Olejua Niño, Neila Maryuri; Figueroa Huertas, Liseth; Urian Jerez, Luis Miguel; Durán Rodríguez, Juan ManuelThe following research is carried out with reference to the Nueva Tanacuta School belonging to the Jurado Educational Institution in the municipality of Cerrito, department of Santander, located 50 kilometers from the urban center, where education is provided in a heterogeneous, multigrade classroom with 4 students between the ages of 4 and 12. In the classroom it is evident that the students present difficulties in the development of social skills, specifically in conversational skills and skills related to feelings and emotions. Due to the aforementioned, the construction of a pedagogical strategy is initiated, which aims to answer the question: How to develop social skills in students of the Tanacuta Rural School through games? In order to improve the social skills of the students, the research starts from observation, in which the importance of designing a pedagogical strategy is determined. For the creation of the strategy, social skills are classified according to Monjas (1993) such as: basic social interaction skills, ability to make friends, conversational skills, skills related to feelings and emotions, skills to relate to adults, and skills to face and solve interpersonal problems. As a result, the booklet "Playing helps you progress" was designed and developed for an educational context. Four skills were selected and developed in five topics, which are divided into an introduction to the topic, awareness, pedagogical conceptualization, game development, feedback and finally an evaluation. It is intended that when applied, it will contribute to the strengthening of autonomy.
