Explains the importance of emotions, empathy and emotional self-regulation from early childhood and the significant advances in experiential processes that occur with learning environments. The research was carried out within a qualitative approach, a participatory action research methodology, which will benefit us to obtain information through observation and in accounts with the parents, obtain timely information to carry out the analysis and reach clear conclusions. We want to realize that Emotional regulation in early childhood is fundamental for the recognition, development, management and expression of emotions, taking Bisquerra (2003) as a reference, Emotions can be built and worked through practices and games, promoting in the child the ability to recognize their own emotions and as self-regulating, taking into account that emotions are the basis of subjective well-being. The research is carried out in a Nebraska Social Garden in Bogotá, with 50 boys and girls from 4 to 5 years of age who meet the characteristics of the sample, which were observed before and after the pedagogical proposal.

For this, surveys, observations and interviews are carried out that account for the importance of the processes carried out at the El Paraíso de Manuela Beltrán school. The plastic arts are considered an ideal strategy for the development of critical, creative, symbolic, divergent thinking and, from the perception of the senses, develop sensitivity, aesthetic appreciation and communication. The latter plays an essential role in the social development of every person and must meet the necessary skills to be effective. Likewise, literature is an art discipline that is part of the universe of imagination and creativity, which uses language to allow the game between the unreal, the magical and the possible stuff. The population that handles the Instituto Pedagógico Nacional includes children of stratum 1, 2, 3 and 4; in each of these groups there are socio-economic circumstances that make the children act in a determined manner before their classmates. Within the most common manifestations there are physical, gestural and verbal aggressions, personal isolation or caused by a group, continuous complains and selfish attitudes. Considering the aforementioned it is intended to contribute to the improving of socio- affective processes via the group work, the contribution towards the social transformation of the impacted population and the qualification of the teacher creating strategies and methodologies that will lead the students to achieve significant changes in their social relations.

Entering the school world sometimes represents resistance due to the change in family life, the encounter with routines, teachers and other classmates generates a series of unfavorable reactions that end in disruptive behaviors in the classroom. For getting this , from a qualitative approach , it seeks knowledege, perspectives and imaginaries educational workkers have about the topic, and based on them, generate proposals for the construction of teaching material and the adaptation of spaces which let manipulation and experimentation . The research carried out uses a methodology with a qualitative approach, and is framed within the parameters of Action Research, taking into account the criteria of the reflection cycle established by Colas and Buendía (1998). The collection of information is carried out through the application of techniques such as observation, through field diaries, surveys and semi-structured interviews with students and parents. Initially, in the diagnosis stage, the need to generate behaviors in the population under study that is more harmonious and responsible with the environment is evident. A qualitative methodology is used, such as participant observation, which allows the observation, intervention with the population as well as analysis of the context to act as central axes of the research, thus achieving a more direct relationship with the participants of this didactic proposal. The approaches carried out allow us to show that dance can act as a mediator in a positive way not only at the level but in different processes of people with disabilities.

Dance as training must be conceived as a space where the student has cognitive and affective experiences. Forming an artistic development, through observation and experimentation with languages, processes and body resources, focusing and guiding to find solutions and own, creative and critical answers when faced with specific aesthetic problems or problems of daily life, strengthening your comprehensive ability in your education. Dance connection in training and learning processes seeks to promote spaces for body expression and appreciation and recognition of it as a territory. Dance as a mechanism is the essential means to strengthen the individual development of being, and its life experience, since it is born with its own humanity, being a universal 3 language, present in all civilizations, races and cultures. Through Dance, feelings of joy, sadness, love, life and death can be represented and communicated. When the being begins a bodily training and understanding, it finds a way of knowing the world, essentially guided by the senses, aesthetic sensitivity and critical judgment. The recognition of the body, of the movement and of its conjugated and externalized creations, is reflected in aesthetic forms that allow us to know and understand different ways of interpreting and understanding the world.

Sede Bogotá., ) Gil Franco, German Segundo; Niño Murcia, Olga SoledadThe project whose objective is to strengthen the emotional well-being of the teachers of the San Juan Bautista Educational Institution of the San Juan de Betulia municipality in the Department of Sucre involves a pedagogical proposal that contributes to the improvement of the socio-emotional competencies of preschool, basic and mean, explored from the assessment of a survey based on the Bar-On model and the level of disposition through flow scales. Describes the relationship between socio-emotional competencies and well-being of teachers for the structuring of well-being programs aimed at teachers leading to training in socio-emotional well-being competencies for strengthening the job satisfaction. The work opts for a mixed approach or commonly called quali-quantitative because it mixes in a strategic way, qualitative and quantitative methods, giving priority to the first. For its analysis, it applies a previous diagnosis based on a questionnaire of socio-emotional competences of Bar-On, (2006) where it adapts to the institutional context. Among its conclusions, promoting the playful dimension from the proposal opens spaces for controversy from participatory activities to invest the teacher with a certain magical power that allows him to be flexible in the face of life experiences, when dreaming possible worlds and facing them. Playful activity generates emotional well-being to the extent that it absorbs and engages them in job performance.

A pedagogical strategy is structured and worked with the first periods of the history such as Prehistoric art and ancient art. The analyzed data concludes that creativity develops from the handling of unconventional materials and with clear parameters of the work to be developed.
