Sede Bogotá., ) Murillo Rodríguez, Carol Eliana; Rengifo Guerrero, ElizabethThe present work describes the design of the System of Environmental Management (SGA), of agreement to the norm NTC-ISO 14001:2015, for the company COINELCA SAS which realizes activities of management and integral utilization of solid residues located in Villavicencio Meta's city. The company seeks to anticipate, to mitigate and to control the different impacts and environmental aspects that produce his activities to the environmental components, across the implementation of a System of Environmental. The design of the SGA includes a quantitative and qualitative methodology that is divided in four phases: the first phase corresponds to the current diagnosis of the fulfillment of the criteria of the NTC-ISO 14001:2015 by means of a list of checkup (Checklist). The second phase contains the identification and evaluation of the aspects and environmental impacts, there were realized the activities of environmental initial Review (I) (SCRAPED), production of the Ecomapa of the company, identification of inputs and services, counterfoil MED (materials, energy and waste), and the evaluation of the impacts which was realized by base in the application of the methodology proposed by Vicente Conesa Fernandez- Vitora. The third phase understands the Analysis of the Life cycle (ACV) of the processes of managing of solid residues, it was carried out by CML's methodology 2001, and it includes the aim and scope of the ACV, inventory (ICV), analysis of the impact (AICV) and interpretation of the ACV. Finally, there were done the formulation of the politics, aims, goals and programs of Environmental Management, as strategies to mitigate the environmental significant impacts and to improve the efficiency of the processes of recycling in the company COINELCA SAS
