In this regard, it is important to make it clear that, according to Gomez, Hervas, Rahona and Vázquez (2009) psychological well-being is seen from two perspectives philosophical: “From the hedonic perspective, well-being is understood as the presence of affection positive and the absence of negative affect, while from the Eudaimonic perspective it is proposed that well-being is a consequence of full psychological functioning from which the person develops their full potential” (p,15) When a person has to face every day the barriers that being a caregiver brings someone dependent on some dimension of life, physical discomfort and psychological together with the emotional ones, which are reflected at the moment of carrying out the activities that have to be carried out as a primary caregiver (Bethancourt, Bethancourt, Hernandez and Rodriguez. 2014) Due to the above, a literary investigation will be found in the following work where the different concepts that bring with them the psychological well-being in the primary caregivers of people with disabilities; a plan will also be developed improvement of psychological well-being through affirmative actions in these people who Many times they are left aside, without taking into account that they can be affected at the multidimensional when performing its role.
