Sede Bogotá., ) Moreno Gómez, Mac Marlon; Cuervo Gamboa, Luz MarinaThis disciplinary intervention project focuses on a need located at the Luis Hernández Vargas educational institution in the municipality of Hato Corozal, Casanare, where a deficit in teamwork by the teaching staff is evident, the population under study is 17 teachers who teach classes in the fifth and sixth grades. The objective of this work was to design playful strategies that allow articulated work between teachers of the fifth and sixth grades to improve the transition to secondary education of the Luis Hernández Vargas educational institution in the municipality of Hato Corozal-Casanare, all from a previous analysis, where the survey was used as an instrument to collect the most pertinent information. As a solution to this problem, a proposal for disciplinary intervention was developed with play as he fundamental axis, to articulate teachers in an interdisciplinary way and thus be able to build new ties that recreate ideas and possibilities that strengthen the institution in general, in a way that free, pleasant and pleasant, working as a team.
