Sede Bogotá., ) Montenegro, María Ángela; Mancera Baquero, JennyferThis disciplinary intervention proposal aims to promote school coexistence in seventeen eighth grade students of the Institución Educativa Agro-industrial de Quilcace Municipio del Tambo, Cauca. For this purpose, a ludic-pedagogical strategy mediated by agro-industry is used, which seeks to involve this group of students in an agricultural practice carried out in the farm of the institution, with the purpose of solving disruptive behaviors that alter the order, peace, and tranquility of the educational environment. These activities were carried out under a qualitative approach to approach the events that occurred among the students, and to solve the conflicts. Once the causes that provoke these acts are identified, the approach is carried out through a proposal called: Harvesting friends, which was designed under the action-research methodology, with the purpose of achieving in this group of students the sense of brotherhood, help and collaboration when participating in the work in the field.
