Sede Bogotá., ) Mogollón Angarita, Yolanda del Rocío; Cortes Dussan, German DuglasThe purpose of this project is to generate recognition of the biodiversity and environmental scenarios found in the municipality of Belén in the Third Grade students of the I.E.T Susana Guillemin, recognizing some species of flora in order to generate experiences in children where it is possible to generate an emotional attachment to our students and establish practices of care, improvement, protection, awareness of natural resources. The last generations of students of the Institution, for the most part, do not have a sense of belonging for the resources that our municipality, due to the fact that a large percentage of young people, upon reaching their adult phase, seek to leave the municipality and emigrate to large cities. thus forgetting the importance of the ecosystem and biodiversity of the municipality. It is important to add that today our environment is not given a good treatment due to the inappropriate use of solid waste, the indiscriminate felling of trees, mining exploitation, the use of protected areas for agricultural purposes and the lack of care of our paramos which are an important source of water for our municipality. The municipality counts agriculture and livestock as an economic activity, which is why, in addition to our children knowing about these activities, they continually know how to protect and promote the care and protection of our ecosystem, as well as recognizing the paramo area and which rivers bathe Bethlehem. It is proposed to develop different activities with information generated based on the knowledge and attitudes of third grade children, in addition to evaluating attitudes, behaviors, values related to the subject, in addition to training students in making informed decisions and in individual or collective action before society, through videos, socializations, visits to environmental zones, questionnaires, etc.
