Sede Bogotá., ) Cortes Daza, Alexandra; Mestizo Conda, Maricel; Rodríguez Pérez, María VictoriaThis disciplinary intervention proposal aims to involve recreational activities within the educational process of the students of the eighth grade of the Educational Institution of Integral Training Marden Arnulfo Betancur, Loma Redonda- Jambaló Cauca, which allow to strengthen self-esteem, because these Young people present behaviors of disinterest, demotivation, in the field of learning, irresponsibility as well as dependence. They find no reason to set goals and fight to achieve them, the are attracting attention with indiscipline. Attitudes that demonstrate the low self-esteem of these boys. This situation leads me to seek and implement strategies that transform this reality in a certain part and taking into account that play is a tool that invites us to work in a familiar, pleasant and dynamic environment, I seet it necessary and pertinent to support myself from it, and seek that the adolescent feel motivated and interested in doing things thinking that everything is for his well-being. In the theoretical framework, I take into account as points to work the concepts of: self-esteem, adolescence a and playfulness, as they are terms that are part of the situation that I present to work, and it is important to make an analysis of them for a better clarity that we route towards improving the negative aspects that affict Young people.
