Sede Bogotá., ) Valencia Gualiche, Deyanira; Messa Taquinas, Obeymar; Alonso Gonzalez, Julian AndresThe present research proposal arises with the need to prevent the dropout of boys and girls from the promotion of playful pedagogical strategies contemplating the general objective as: Promote strategies to avoid school dropout in Naas students of the 5th grade of basic primary, through the design of a playful pedagogical proposal seeking the retention of boys and girls in the San Diego Educational Center. The boys and girls of the fifth grade of some do not start the school year, others withdraw in the middle or at the end of the school period, for this reason a pedagogical proposal began to work which seeks to mitigate this phenomenon, to know the factors by which students do not complete the school stage. The proposal that we will present is called Gymkhana (Gymkhana) the gymkhana is a series of playful-pedagogical games in which they compete in several stages, which children and adults will raffle until they reach the last one where there will be a bell which they must ring. In this gymkhana, the aim is to recover games that were played at school many years ago, such as the donkey, stilts, hopscotch, the spinning top, the game of marbles, among others. This proposal intends to integrate the actors that are part of the educational system so that they become aware of some situations that children go through, actors such as presidents of community action boards, indigenous authorities, and municipal authorities, among others. The family nucleus is relevant for this reason, the strategy seeks to unite the parents so that they can consider, propose more events that make the children and parents give value and importance to the completion of their studies.
