In turn, it is developed under the line of institutional research of the Los Libertadores University Foundation: "Assessment, learning and teaching", with a total student population of 1,844 students, distributed in the levels of Preschool, Basic Primary, Basic Secondary and Secondary Education. , located in the urban area of the Villa Rica neighborhood in the department of Atlántico. The instrument used in the stage corresponding to the diagnosis, is the semi-structured interview applied to teachers, through it, it is intended to collect information directly from the point of view of teachers and participant observation, which can express the degree of use of related resources. with bodily expression and playfulness in their daily professional practice. The foregoing is based on theories of various authors such as Vygotsky, Piaget, Bruner and Díaz, who provide this document with relevant information regarding concepts such as learning, teaching, play and motivation. To conclude, it was possible to collect information that would allow knowing the situation and existing need related to the use of corporal and playful expression techniques by teachers and generates a support resource that mobilized the thinking and actions of teachers in their role.

Taking into account the theory of psychologist Daniel Goleman, supported by theoretical references like Mayer and Salovey that derive from emotional intelligence. For the construction of this The proposal establishes a qualitative research, which consists of various techniques such as: observation (direct and indirect), individual or group interview, survey, workshops, discussion group and field diary. Which will allow knowing the context of each child on a personal, family and social level. For this, a sample of 25 boys and girls will be taken. between 4 and 5 years of kindergarten grade, where parents will be involved in a volunteer. The educational institution has the infrastructure and adaptation of spaces and necessary resources for the execution of the different phases: phase 1- diagnosis of the intervention needs, phase 2 - action plan and phase 3 - evaluation of the intervention. These phases allow that through playfulness and play applied to early childhood, be a possibility to take into account to strengthen socio-emotional competencies and thus achieve greater recognition by children about them. Sede Bogotá., ) Hernández García, Clara Patricia; Mendoza Moreno, KildermanThis study is focused on developing teaching and learning structures based on the language acquisition theories and on the creation of artificial environments in the classrooms of 29 students from (4) fourth grade at Técnico Industrial School by total immersion in the language. The critical period hypothesis says that there is a period of growth in which full native competence is possible when acquiring a language. This period is from early childhood to adolescence, the lack of a communicative approach based on phonetics and phonics, the great amount of neither functional nor natural grammar are the main causes participants lose the opportunity to become independent bilinguals who could communicate independently and without any kind of assistance. This study is based on boosting and developing oral skills in English through strategies that allow students to build their nowledge using natural practices designed on participants’ interests, needs and abilities’ level. All this was possible after applying a diagnosis and a poll based on their interests and needs. A qualitative approach was chosen and the kind of investigation is action to analyze the different situations and develop actions that generate tangible solutions applicable and functional in the real life. Data was collected through observation, polls, interviews, tests, checklists, school planners within the following phases: Phase 1 Preparation: Design and Outline. Phase 2 Fieldwork: diagnosis, design and implementation of the strategy, evaluation. Phase 3 Analysis: analysis of the information and Phase 4 Presentation of results and conclusions. On the basis of applying the tests, implementing the strategy and analyzing the results, it is drawn the conclusion that it is mandatory students should be immersed to natural structures and sessions based on a communicative approach to start, develop and strengthen the oral skills needed to reach the proficiency levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), be certified according to their level, have a tool that allows them to be eligible in the local, and international job market.

Sede Bogotá., ) Mendoza Moreno, Kilderman; Quintana Arias, Andrés Eduardo; Ortiz Franco, Juan VicenteThe purpose of this research is to investigate the theoretical knowledge and the conceptions that teachers have about methods, techniques and instruments, their forms of application and their possible intentionalities in the evaluation of learning; The research is developed through a qualitative method, the instrument used for data collection is the survey, in order to perform text analysis and categorize openly and selectively the data found, comparing by level of performance teaching , time of experience and level of training achieved; the sample is of a non-probabilistic type, selecting 243 professors dedicated in practice to the teaching of graduates and non-graduates; as results are obtained that the theoretical conceptual use is not evident and their conceptions are far away from the theoretical concepts, often the answers are not related to the theoretical concept and their conceptions show a significant difference between the formative approach and the technical approach, being used often the technical approach in its forms of use although in their intentions manifest a formative approach.

Sede Bogotá., ) Mosquera Bustos, Víctor Julio; Mendoza Moreno, KildermanEl presente trabajo de investigación surge a partir del enfoque cualitativo a los estudiantes de grado quinto de primaria sede No.1 de la Institución Educativa Don quijote del municipio de San José del Fragua, con la finalidad de diseñar una estrategia lúdica para reforzar las operaciones matemáticas básicas, para minimizar el bajo desempeño de los educandos que son centro de investigacion en el area de matematicas como consecuencia de presentar dificultades en el aprendizaje de las operaciones matemáticas básicas (adición, sustracción, multiplicación y división). De esta forma se plantean una serie de actividades, las cuales hacen parte de la llamada propuesta: Juego - Matematico; estas se diseñan con la metodología de Investigación-acción, con la finalidad de conseguir la motivación de los estudiantes en las actividades y dinámicas realizadas en clases, enfocadas en mejorar el desempeño de los estudiantes. Las conclusiones consistieron en determinar que por medio de las actividades planteadas en la propuesta es claro que para obtener en los estudiantes un mejor desempeño en la asignatura de matemáticas, es importante vincular una estrategia que capte en ellos la atención necesaria para que, de esta forma, el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje se desarrolle de una mejor manera.

Sede Bogotá., ) García Muñoz, Beatriz Alejandra; Gaviria Niño, Norma Patricia; Mendoza Moreno, KildermanThis research poses as a problem: How to strengthen the learning process of the curricular contents of the subject Health Information Systems? establishing as objective: to create a learning strategy, based on the UDL and mediated by an OVA, to strengthen the learning process of the curricular contents of the subject Health Information Systems, of the faculty of Administrative Sciences in the University Foundation Health Sciences (FUCS), in the city of Bogotá D.C; From theoretical bases of meaningful learning, learning strategies, UDL, OVA and Health Information Systems; A qualitative approach is used, of a propositional - transformative type, from action research, using techniques such as: Semi-structured interview, content analysis through MAXQDA software and ADDIE method, and data collection instruments such as: Syllabus relationship matrix, learning strategies, UDL and OVA, ExeLearnig program, survey and class diary; As a result it was obtained identification of cognitive learning strategies, metacognitive and resource management, creation and implementation of a learning strategy, strengthening of competencies know, be and do of the syllabus, internalization of the syllabus content, acquisition of digital competencies, strengthening and increase of learning outcomes of students; it is concluded that it is essential the quality of pedagogical practice, the construction of functional, close and binding teacher - student pedagogical relationships that promote learning, a communication that promotes clarity to the students' concerns, the strengthening of office and technological skills to be applied in Health Information Systems, in teachers and students, with the appropriation of the principles of UDL in the design and use of ICT resources for learning.

The research carried out has a qualitative approach, according to the description and interpretation of a specific context for its understanding, the design is structured from the action research model, it was conformed likewise, the sample of intentional or convenience type with the parental consent of 10 fifth grade students. The pedagogical proposal is based on the learning model SEL (Socio Emotional Learning, according to its acronym in English "Socio-emotional Learning") using the playful expression "game" as a mediator and enhancer of socio-emotional learning, from the redefinition of curricular content, in this case, the contents corresponding to the English area.

Sede Bogotá., ) Marin Vidal, Duber James; Mendoza Moreno, KildermanThe present work is a proposal that is based on three axes which are: evaluation, learning and curriculum; applied to students from sixth to eleventh grade with approximate ages between 11 and 16 years of the Nancy Roció García educational institution in the municipality of Zaragoza, which is the object of the sample. This is taken with the purpose of Implementing podcast as a pedagogical strategy in distance educational work, helping to improve the academic performance of students and becoming a retention method. The diagnostic instrument used was the realization of a qualitative survey type characterization of the population in relation to podcasts. For the application, the didactic units with formative evaluation rubrics are used. On the other hand, the importance of podcasts in the improvement of teaching and learning is recognized through the bibliographic review that is carried out of some theories and works that have been very well received in this new technological era. After this work, there is a process of adaptation and recognition of the existing podcast on internet platforms, which allows us to continue with exercises that can be done in physical education class, which later at home the students will produce and publish the podcasts on the subject of basketball. among others, this also makes it easier for students to learn or reinforce topics not learned between classes and deliver their work remotely from home in the event of any eventuality. At the end, the applied data is collected to draw the conclusions and measure the results of the proposal to see what the achievements were.

Sede Bogotá., ) Flórez Forero, Carlos Fabián; Mendoza Moreno, KildermanExisting knowledge in relation to financial education shapes decisions that the individual will take at certain moments of life, although it has been considered that the financial education is a matter clearly corresponding to an age in which income is possible in the labor market once the age of majority is reached, the reality is that the financial education is immersed at an early age, for this it is pertinent that the high school students acquire skills in the execution of financial movements in order to manage the income and expenses that each one holds. In turn, the research proposes a glocal approach to studies referring to the theme from contexts and agents common to those found in the contemporary world, because the level of financial knowledge in young people between 12 and 18 years of institutions education at the middle school level is deficient. For this reason, the present study estimates a intervention proposal from exploration and description articulating techniques and instruments qualitative as the place of enunciation and epistemology from which it is intended to give answer to the research question posed. Finally, the strengthening of financial education in the I.E Sagrado is estimated Corazón de Jesús located in the municipality of Chaparral Tolima, through the application of semi-structured surveys and didactic activities that facilitate teaching to the community student ensuring the intellection of knowledge applicable to their immediate contexts.

Its importance in teaching and learning process is recognized, since it is considered that framed in a educational activity promoting the cognitive, affective and communicative development of children and girls, which are determining aspects in the social construction of knowledge. With this purpose develops the research proposal that is located in the qualitative approach the which focuses on collecting information where key data for research is obtained; under the Action research method that allows, on the one hand, to generate knowledge pedagogical and on the other, to achieve significant changes in curricular development, through the experience shared, analyzed and discussed collectively. Sede Bogotá., ) Moreno Arevalo, Herminio; Ramon Valderrama, Angela Maria; Mendoza Moreno, KildermanEn el presente documento brinda información sobre la propuesta de investigación “El Juego y Las Matemáticas” que identifica como problema, el cómo fortalecer el aprendizaje de las habilidades lógico Matemático, y establece como objetivo; Desarrollar una propuesta de enseñanza y aprendizaje, a través del juego, para el fortalecimiento del aprendizaje de las habilidades en razonamiento lógico Matemático, con diecinueve estudiantes de sexto grado de la I.E.R. Playa Rica, en el municipio de Valparaíso, departamento de CaquetḠcon un enfoque cualitativo haciendo uso de instrumentos de recolección, como la encuesta; la cual va dirigida a 10 niñas y 9 niños de 11 a 14 años de edad. Haciendo interpretación desde un marco teórico como, Vygotsky (1995) quién lo plasma así: “Estos son agentes de desarrollo que impulsan y regulan el comportamiento del sujeto, el cual desarrolla sus habilidades mentales (pensamiento, atencin, memoria, voluntad) a través del descubrimiento y el proceso de interiorización, que le permite apropiarse de los signos e instrumentos de la cultura, reconstruyendo sus significados”. Sede Bogotá., ) Buitrago Garcia, Josefa Emileth; Mendoza Moreno, KildermanThis document provides information on the Disciplinary Intervention Proposal (P.I.D) that identifies as a problem to strengthen leadership in 9th grade students and establishes as its main objective to promote a pedagogical strategy, through the game, to strengthen leadership with 30 9th grade students from Domingo Faustino Sarmiento school I.E.D, in the city of Bogotá D.C, from a qualitative approach. Instruments are used of collection as the survey, in a population of 33 students whose ages oscillate between 13 and 17 years old. From Lev Vygotsky's theory, the role of the teacher centered on the learning and in turn the role of the student in the enjoyment of it, being self-taught; In addition, it exposes that in the game the greatest achievements of the child are made, achievements that towards the tomorrow they will become a basic level of action and morality. It can be concluded that the students could be motivated under playful group dynamics that allow them to free yourself from fear and gain confidence to participate.
