Sede Bogotá., ) Casas Estupiñan, María Emma; Coronado García, Ángela Mireya; Martínez Rodríguez, Luis AlejandroThis research focuses on critical discourse analysis in the understanding of texts of eleventh grade students of the Facatativá Technical Institute, through their arguments and the appropriation of their points of view in accordance with those of others. For this, the background analysis on the subject and diagnosis of the participatory sample were taken as reference. Through the CDA, the elements that are part of the discursive practice are identified, with the intention of determining which ones should be improved and which ones should be potentiated, with a view to raising the levels of significance, seeking the development of critical, reflective and creative thinking. In this way, argumentation plays a fundamental role in this process, since having clarity about the construction of valid discourses, with clear justifications, gives students the possibility of being an active part of the management and execution of the strategies they support. and determine the construction of arguments to obtain an approach to the management of critical thinking and significant learning. The objective is to use critical discourse analysis as a strategy to improve the understanding of texts.

Sede Bogotá., ) Claros Zambrano, Yamir Eliana; Palacios Lozano, Mary Yirleza; Robayo Ríos, Guillermo; Martínez Rodríguez, Luis AlejandroThe research project entitled "The culture of peace through play in students from rural areas of the Divino Niño educational institution" seeks to strengthen the culture of peace in the boys and girls of this educational center, through a workshop educational based on playful activities, with the aim of reducing violent behaviors that do not allow a healthy coexistence and remarkably point their social, emotional, and academic development. Its approach was qualitative, action research type, population was boys and girls from 7 to 13 years old in multigrade modality school, belonging to the municipality of San José del Fragua in the department of Caquetá; one of the territories affected by the armed conflict and which is currently prioritized within peace process. This research was carried out in four phases, the first diagnostic phase that allowed to contextualize and identify the level of peace culture through cartography; the second, the design of the action plan focused on the educational workshop; the third, the implementation of the action plan and, finally, the fourth phase that led to the evaluation using focus groups. The didactic strategy evidenced in each of the sessions of the applied educational workshop, that communication is the process that allows beginning and continuing any intention to strengthen the peace culture, since the exchange of opinions and feelings leads to the understanding of the other and to from there to the yearned-for peace. The discourse analysis technique based on the cartographies and the focus group allowed us to approach the social reality present in the population under study and go directly to the present problem that decisively affects coexistence inside and outside the classroom.

In this degree work, the way to use evaluation as a pedagogical instrument for the development of critical thinking is presented, carrying out activities that have had to be assumed in a different way. Assessment has not been an instrument of power because teachers have not had to monitor students to answer assessments. This degree work has as its main purpose, to develop critical thinking in the sixth grade students of the Gimnasio William Mackinley, through the evaluation of literature, in times of Covid, and is carried out initially, establishing the level of critical thinking of students, next step in designing and implementing literature assessments, and finally, analyzing the progress of the development of critical thinking, after the assessment. The literature framed in a reading plan evaluated through a virtual platform was used, said planning was done strategically, well planned and developed for the teaching of students

Sede Bogotá., ) Chicangana Hormiga, Doris Roselia; Imbachi Chicangana, Leidy Jhoana; Martínez Rodríguez, Luis AlejandroThis investigative process is based around the cycle of seeds of life that, for the Yanakuna people, includes the moment in which the Kary (man) and the Warmy (woman) come together in a process of falling in love to generate a new seed, from there all the walking that she does to become a Runa Yanakuna (indigenous Yanakuna). Cultural practices are the Castilianized name that was given to all the activities and processes that intervene in this entire cycle and that are responsible for the formation of the little seed in acting, feeling and walking, in which various processes of spiritual, family, personal, community order linked to the law of origin and to Mother Earth. The following document exposes the current situation of the use of these practices and how, as time goes by, they remain more in the memory of the elderly than in practice, a problem that is evidenced in the families of the Rioblanco Sotará indigenous reservation. Cauca. For the investigative development, three spaces were taken into account; The first is the diagnosis of the situation, which was carried out with families of the community that live within the reservation, in their villages and with families that live in urban spaces; the second space is the compilation of information through the oral tradition of elders and elders of the community, families that currently maintain practices, and research advances or bibliographic references already made; Finally, the third space has to do with the strategic design of the didactic resource that allows this legacy to be acquired and transmitted from generation to generation.

Sede Bogotá., ) Álvarez Rivera, Sandra Milena; Grajales Toro, Gladys Aurora; Martínez Rodríguez, Luis AlejandroThe implementation of the textual typology and the literary genres to favor the development of critical reading in students of the ninth grade of Rural Post-Primary at the Dr. Félix García Ramírez headquarters, IE Celia Duque de Duque Foundation of the municipality of Abejorral - Antioquia allows to promote a scenario of mainstreaming content and motivation in the face of critical reading, in search of the promotion and strengthening of the comprehensive training process in said students, while providing tools and knowledge necessary to integrate into the daily life of students, to the in light of the DBAs established by the MEN, the development and strengthening of skills in the language area and their applicability in their daily events; thus, the generation of transcendental learning spaces is fostered, thanks to the interactivity of the various contents offered by those strategies, allowing the recognition of the diversity in the characteristics of the population and its context. Therefore, this project seeks to implement the textual typology and literary genres, as a scenario of mainstreaming content and motivation towards critical reading through the creation and diversification of the students' context, compacting the language components that promote a better environment for teaching and avoiding the loss of the essence of knowledge, achieving the understanding and analysis of the knowledge achieved in classes with respect to critical reading, due to the teaching-learning methods that are implemented in the classroom for its strengthening.

Sede Bogotá., ) Erazo Ortega, Rocío; Martínez Rodríguez, Luis AlejandroThe main objective of this research is to improve school coexistence by reducing the aggressive behavior of students that is proposed to improve aggressive behavior and strengthen the teaching-learning process in first grade students, based on the pedagogical playful practice that allows encourage learning, here play plays a key role in the training process. The educational observation allowed her to be sensitized so that she accepts the importance of new pedagogical practices. In the proposal to analyze how playfulness as a pedagogical strategy improves the aggressive behavior of students. The method for the development of the study is qualitative with a type of action research and the sample is made up of 25 first grade students. From the methodological foundations, a structured interview was designed for students and parents, who inquire about behavior at school before the pandemic and what it would be like after returning to class. It was found that 50% of the sample show bad behavior at school, parents are influenced by bad interfamily relationships in the presence of children and in the case of children, bad words, pushing, standing up, throwing objects , assault.

It addresses the conceptualization of access to housing, healthy coexistence, regulations governing horizontal property, focused on the adaptation of families to their new housing environment. 3 Based on the experience obtained through the COMFENALCO Antioquia Family Compensation Fund in its different housing projects located in different Municipalities of the Department of Antioquia, it is possible to have direct contact with the families who access their new home, identifying the factors that They affect the effect of healthy coexistence, also allowing to establish strategies that contribute to the construction of a healthy coexistence under the established regulations, implementing a capabilities approach.

C.”, financiado por la Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. El tema a abordar son las nociones de justicia que construyen específicamente las niñas, enfatizado en el conflicto social y personal que ellas enfrentan día a día. El tema se aborda desde la perspectiva de autores como Ralws y Murillo Torrecilla, entre otros, que se ocupan del concepto de justicia y sus características.El objetivo es visibilizar la justicia entre géneros y motivar la reflexión en el cuerpo docente de preescolar y básica primaria de los colegios en donde se realizó la investigación, para que ejecuten estrategias que permitan a los niños y las niñas comprender la importancia de la mujer en los contextos cercanos en los que viven. Se atiende así a lo estipulado en la Ley 1257 de 2008, “por la cual se dictan normas de sensibilización, prevención y sanción de formas de violencia y discriminación contra las mujeres, se reforman los códigos Penal, de Procedimiento Penal, la Ley 294 de 1996 y se dictan otras disposiciones”

C.”. Se pone de manifiesto las nociones sociales de justicia construidas por los niños de dichas instituciones para que los docentes puedan reflexionar en el diseño de alternativas de manejo del conflicto escolar. El referente metodológico es cualitativo, apartir del método interpretativo, que aporta una mirada desde las categorías trabajadas. Los análisis exponen que los participantes poseen un mundo ideal en el que la justicia debe ser el argumento que regule la aplicación de las normas buscando libertad, equidad e igualdad en todo sentido.
- ÍtemTENDENCIAS TEÓRICAS SOBRE JUSTICIA SOCIAL: BALANCE DOCUMENTAL(2018) Alarcón Sánchez, Gustavo Adolfo; Díaz Ossa, Solman Yamile; Martínez Rodríguez, Luis AlejandroEl artículo se elabora en el marco del proyecto de investigación «Nocionessociales que sobre justicia construyen niños y niñas de colegios oficiales de lalocalidad de Kennedy», con la finalidad de conocer, comprender e interpretarlos conceptos que sobre justicia social se han construido. Su estructura presen-ta cinco partes, en las que se evidencia el desarrollo histórico del concepto apartir de los aportes iniciales a la noción de justicia; se toma como punto dereferencia el ordenamiento social para poder comprenderlo desde lo jurídico ydesde la justicia, para finalmente entrar a las nociones de justicia, validez yeficacia en Norberto Bobbio, que son los tres criterios a los que se debe someteruna norma; igualmente se emiten las conclusiones teniendo en cuenta su vi-gencia en el marco de la justicia en Colombia, los aportes que desde lo pedagó-gico se pueden rescatar y los criterios de valoración de la norma.https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
