- ÍtemPsicopatía Infanto-juvenil: Una revisión sistemáticaMartínez Matute, Andrea Magalys; Ramos Patricia, Claudia PatriciaThe objective of the research was to present through a systematic review the empirical evidence available on the construct of child and adolescent psychopathy during the last twenty years, following the PRISMA model. 193 scientific articles were consulted, from which 148 documents were analyzed and included that met the established inclusion criteria, 84 articles (57%) addressed risk factors, 48 articles (32%) focused on the assessment of child and adolescent psychopathy, and 16 articles (11%) focused on intervention in this population. The results suggest that psychopathology is gestated early in the life cycle; the biggest risk factors for its development, included neurological, neuropsychological, heritability and upbringing styles; referring to the evaluation of this construct, the PCL:YV instrument was used to a greater extent and as an intervention strategy the most used method was the cognitive-behavioral therapy, from the reward. The work was able to establish that disorders such as TND and CT already established in the DSM for infant and young child population, do not have a high correspondence with the construct of infant and young child psychopathy; the differentiation of the group of children with severe and persistent behavior problems that show psychopathic traits and are at greater risk of developing the disorder.
