- ÍtemJugando a ser diferentes, una estrategia didáctica para la promoción de la equidad de género(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) López Grisales, Maricela; Martínez Fernández, Mónica María; Mancera Baquero, JennyferThe objective of this intervention proposal is to present some strategies mediated by ludic pedagogical activities, whose purpose is the promotion of spaces that invite the students of the fifth grade of the Loma Linda Educational Institution of the Municipality of Itagüí, to transform perceptions of stereotypes such as sexist discrimination, gender inequality and inequality in the roles between men and women, generating awareness of the equal rights that boys and girls have as members of a society. The school is proposed as the ideal place to address this type of problem, since a true education allows for cognitive, physical and moral development so that students are aware of themselves and others. In this sense, qualitative research was proposed under the action research approach where the phases for the development of the proposal were put into practice, oriented from the theory of Suárez Pazos (2002): determination of the thematic concern to be investigated, initial or diagnostic reflection, planning, action, observation, and the survey was used as an element of information collection. After the implementation of the proposal, it was concluded that it is necessary to continue promoting spaces for training, dialogue and reflection on gender equity from childhood, and, through education, to eliminate prejudices and transform social imaginaries.
