The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO1) estimates that in the middle of the last century more than 25 million visitors traveled the world and during the first decade of the 21st century this figure increased to 842 million tourists, in the same way the most recent figure for In 2019, 1,500 million people traveled the world, 4% more than in 2018, this only taking into account those people who have moved from one country to another, (UNWTO, 2001; 2020). The magnitude of this increase has led us to think that many areas, traditionally out of place in tourist circuits, can be related to the market, aware of what it could mean for local economies, this can be an imaginary in the diversification of the offer tourism, on the other hand, the association of new competitors in areas that were traditionally believed to be limited (Liebermann & Medina, 2012).
