Sede Bogotá., ) Mantilla Veloza, Nathalia; Brito Vega, Neila Yaneth; Rozo Castillo, Jairo AlonsoEmotional intelligence is a key aspect in education and must be included in the curricula of students today, this research aims to account for the importance of parenting practices in emotional intelligence and how that affects the academic performance of children and first grade girls. The research has a mixed approach where the TMMS 24 survey adapted to boys and girls aged 6 to 8 years was applied and an in-depth interview with first-grade boys and girls from the Colegio Liceo Femenino Mercedes Nariño IED in the city of Bogotá and the Clemente Manuel Zabala Educational Institution in the city of Cartagena, within the results it is evidenced that parenting practices do significantly influence emotional intelligence and these in turn in academic performance.

Sede Bogotá., ) Mantilla Veloza, Nathalia; Brito Vega, Neila; Rodríguez Pérez, María VictoriaThe present disciplinary intervention proposal aimed to design recreational psychoeducational strategies with the intention of preventing sexual abuse in the afternoon students of grade 5 of the Mercedes Nariño Liceo Femenino school. In this way, it can be evidenced in the proposal that the type of research used is of a qualitative nature, the methodological design that was taken into account was from action research, the institutional research line is that of evaluation, learning and 3 curriculum. Likewise, it was considered that the sample will be all the students from the fifth grade of the afternoon with the intention of avoiding stigmatization. It is important to bear in mind that the school where the proposal will be made is female, which is why it is more likely that they are exposed to this type of violence, their ages range from 9 to 11 years, which according to statistics are ages where they are evidenced these episodes, risk factors that direct us to carry out this type of prevention. Faced with the conclusions, it is evident that it is important to work on this issue taking into account what is found in the alert bases of the SED and it is proposed by 2021 to implement psychoeducational strategies taking into account the reality currently presented
