- ÍtemEstrategia didáctica mediada por tic para el uso correcto de las n-etiquetas por aprendices del programa de negociación internacional del SENAManjarres Camarillo, Marfelina Isabel; Marzola Moreno, Dionicia Rosa; Nocua Sarmiento, Efraín AlonsoThe purpose of the research is to provide a broad overview of how to guide the apprentice in the international negotiation program of the SENA financial services center in the correct use of the N-etiquette, based on the design of a didactic strategy mediated by ICT. The methodology is qualitative and allows us to investigate the behavior of the teaching-learning processes in the classroom and with each group, as well as to identify the educational reality in the context of research. To carry out this, instruments such as the survey and the checklists were used, these were applied to a group of 14 apprentices between men and women, belonging to the first quarter of the International Negotiation Program of the Financial Services Center-Coordination of Financial and Management Economics. The results have shown that both apprentices, as instructors, do not know or handle the N-etiquette, which generates discomfort and disrespect among these actors in their permanent interaction in cyberspace, in the same way it is demonstrated that the users of the systems based in synchronous and asynchronous communication platforms they exercise a free behavior in virtual interactions Causing an emotional shock between their social context and the context of virtuality, which distorts the perception and how they should govern their behavior in everyday life and on the web.
