In this way, objectives have been set that aim to collect information about this bird and promote awareness of the communities surrounding the Pinche mountain range regarding the care, protection and conservation of the natural habitat of the Pinche Plover and therefore of the various ecosystems in the region, since these are the fundamental basis for the life of all living beings and it is vitally important to maintain the natural balance so that nature continues to provide its benefits to all biological beings that inhabit it, without being harmed by the intervention of the human being, but above all so that our bird under study can survive and stay in the territory, being recognized as the flagship bird of the municipality. The project is approached from qualitative research using flexible approaches, contextualized through ethnography and action research.
