Sede Bogotá., ) Lara Márquez, Loly Luz; Macías Rivera, Marcos Antonio; Mancera Baquero, JennyferThis proposal focused on the school environment to analyze, guide different strategies to awaken interest in the dance of the chandé through playful activities, facilitating the appropriation and conservation of the native roots through learning, developing a taste for singing, dancing, thus transcending throughout life and enriching their cultural identity. At the same time serve as an input for their life project, giving them to understand that dance can make them instruments of motivation towards the community. Given the above, the playfulness as a strategy allowed dance to play an important role in the school, as a suitable space for teaching-learning promoting among young people respect for cultural traditions, preservation of customs aspects that are possible to recover among the conceptions of young people today. At the same time, dance is intended to recover values, build identity, important aspects for their integral development, development of skills, abilities and aptitudes. Finally, thus contributing to the academic performance that will make him/her a person with intellectual capacities useful to society. Motivation is the main axis and for this, playfulness plays an important role in the teaching-learning process through chandé, singing in the children and adolescents of the institution. Finally, this proposal will be approached under action research as a methodological tool with a qualitative approach since it takes into account the reality to be studied, allowing researchers to make detailed descriptions of the situations observed; which is the same, incorporating the voice of the participants, their experiences, attitudes, beliefs, thoughts and reflections as expressed by themselves (Colmenares and Piñero. 2008).
