- ÍtemDiseño, construcción e implementación de un banco de prueba para la caja de accesorios del motor J-85 del avión A 37-B de la fuerza aérea colombiana(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Londoño Gómez, Carlos David,; Méndez Tejero, Duvan Adolfo;; Carrillo, Juan PabloMany of the developments produced in Colombia have led to studies and constructions are increasingly demanding, with the result of each job. This requires companies both operationally and mechanically more sophisticated, you could say that if we approach these ideas to the work currently underway in the maintenance hangars of the Colombian Air Force (FAC) could give a concrete result and is that each time, it is necessary to have tools and equipment to help enrich and give both improved knowledge to problems that arise at the time as those who will in the future. Thus improving both maintenance capabilities of each operator is essential that entity; Since when more detailed work is done, the result improves the performance of each entity. Therefore this project has been developed with the sole purpose of giving greater reliability and improved processes that are being developed today in the Colombian Air Force in terms of their aircraft engines operating. If you look at what our project regards the detailed search in maintaining the Dragonfly ( A- 37B ) , both combat aircraft and training took us to one of the major flaws in their maintenance is in the box accessory their J - 85 engine . Since these are functional and primary aid in the performance of each mission tool. This box is a component whose operation details can only be obtained when the time limit for service is met, as in the aircraft itself no way of knowing if this is faulty or internal problems. With the work presented below is sought in keeping the accessory of a concise result for the operation and the lifetime of the same, providing a more reliable and sophisticated maintenance, which would be responsible to give actual data simulating as if this component was operating under normal conditions, so that the results during maintenance are more relevant to the performance and problems that could arise in the aircraft when performing some operation.
