Sede Bogotá., ) González Mosquera, Gloria Edith; Lugo Rodríguez, Dora Isabel; Pérez Torres, Alba Luz; Diosa García, AlejandroThis interdisciplinary proposal aims to develop recreational activities that allow to strengthen the following of instructions and the improvement of attention, which affects their academic performance and behavior, in second grade students from the Nueva Delhi IED and LITECOM educational institutions; This study is based on the observations made by teachers in an experiential way at the time of carrying out academic activities. This is also evidenced by the development of guides at home and the accompaniment of parents or caregivers. The following of instructions is a daily and basic process in the life of every human being, as it allows us to enter into knowledge when we carry out an activity, task or work; Since, we must follow a sequence, steps or parameters that are aimed at the fulfillment of goals or objectives in the short, medium or long term, to achieve what is proposed in such a way that it benefits not only individual but also group, through work collaborative. Playfulness is taken as a methodological strategy since it is not only necessary but mandatory in the development of the individual, allowing understanding, making pedagogical practices permeate in the sociocultural part, responding to both group and individual needs. Playfulness is of great importance during childhood as it allows children to strengthen their autonomy, self-confidence, thus developing their personality, allowing cognitive development and its social dimension.
