Sede Bogotá., ) Guerrero Rincón, Diana Carolina; Guerrero Rincón, Nancy Johanna; Leidy Johanna, Guayazán Guerreo; Mancera Baquero, JennyferThe following investigation has as principal objective “relate how the emotional intelligence influences the learning processes of the third-grade students on the Liceo Nuestra Señora de Las Nieves”. To make it the related analysis, the methodologic design of the searching is of a qualitative type and the focus used is the action investigation, for that reason, the studied population corresponds to 96 students of the third-grade, takins as evidence to 32 students. As technics of recollection were used the following ones: First phase; diagnostic, the Sacks Test was used to identify the development of the emotional intelligence of the students; phase II, the field diary planification, which were extracted reflections of each one of the proposed phases; Phase III; the reflection of a semi-structured questionary, could to allowed us the perception of the students on the deployed activities in the four phases. To get the objective of strengthen the learning motivation of the students, the “explore mis emociones” strategy was implemented, the strategy was implemented on four phases, each one with different moments, the first one, called “percibir las emociones”, the second one “comprender la emociones”, the third one “manejar las emociones”, and the last one “utilizer las emociones”. It was concluded that the proposal helped on a significative way the development of the emotional intelligence of the students, making a stronger cognitive part, improve the behavior on the classes room, and making it easy the classes.
