Sede Bogotá., ) Rivera Herrera, Alexis Esther; León Agámez, Lesly Idalides; Correa Pineda, Íngrid Isabel; Pérez Lara, Neyi Esmid; Carreño Sayago, Uriel FernandoThis research project, part of the growing interest that, from various perspectives of theenvironment that surrounds us, nature and in a whole called, this researchhas its roots in investigating and knowing how much has been said and done regarding the careof the environment, under the fundamental parameter of the proper use of recycling, considering a formative process with children, who will be the very near future of society, as appropriate. The objective revolved around "identifying the importance of caring for the environment as an essential part of making proper use of recycling, with children between fourand five years old, to improve the spaces of the Child Development Center "Gotitas de miel" in the municipality of Agustín Codazzi (Cesar)". Itsrelevance liesin pointing out accurate linesof action to intervene in a direct and assertive way, on the care of the environment, and the impact that will be obtained from the proper use of recycling, promoting culture and better health to all living beings, and very specifically human beings. The above points out the dynamics of designing and applying didactic pedagogical workshops for the population understudy, with the human resource of their parents in support of the activities, under the dynamicsof the qualitative method, with explanatory-descriptive scope, making possible the execution of the analysis, both of the different theories that support it, and the results obtained from the applied tools, making clear the assumptions of what has been understood by environment, recycling, education-culture, being these last two, the support to form agents of change.
