- ÍtemAviturismo y Turismo Comunitario en el Sendero de la Quebrada la Vieja, Localidad de Chapinero: Bogotá. Colombia 2021.(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) López Lara, Cintia Lorena; Aldana, Martha CeciliaThe purpose of this research paper is to determine the level of relationship between two variables: birdwatching and community tourism in the Sendero Quebrada la Vieja, Chapinero, Bogotá 2021. For this purpose, a correlational research of non-experimental design, cross-sectional and quantitative method is used. In accordance with the above, considering that this study is quantitative in nature, we proceed to follow a logical sequence of processes, which lead to the collection of data to be analyzed by statistical methods and finally conclude whether or not there is a correlation between the variables in this ap.lication site. For this purpose, the survey is first used as a technique to collect data, using the questionnaire as a research instrument, and then the results are analyzed using the specialized statistical program IBM SPSS. In order to quantify the variables, dimensions are first defined for each variable and then indicators are identified for each dimension. Once the indicators that will help to measure the dimensions are defined, a research question is made for each indicator, to finally be ap.lied to the rural communities that reside in the surroundings of the Quebrada la Vieja Ecological Trail, particularly in the stratum two neighborhoods: El Paraíso, Ingemar I and Juan XXIII of the locality of Chapinero-Bogota. This questionnaire is ap.lied to 71 people, men and women over 18 years of age. Finally, by means of statistical tests, the results of the dimensions of the first variable (Birdwatching) are correlated with the results obtained from the second variable (Community Tourism) to measure their level of compatibility. According to the above, it is possible to conclude that, with a probability of 95%, there is a very high positive relationship between Birdwatching and Community Tourism in the Quebrada la Vieja Trail, Chapinero-Bogotá. Colombia 2021.
