From this situation, the objective was to strengthen the reading and writing processes and the importance of developing a writing, an analysis, an argumentation, with the support of an adequate and pertinent observation that allows us to record the significant situations that arise, thus taking up again what the process of systematizing entails by inviting teachers to reflect on their pedagogical work, from a planning and developmental records, thus achieving a constant self-evaluation, generating positive changes in their being and acting as teachers in early childhood. The work carried out was of a qualitative nature, enrolling in the research line of the Los Libertadores University Faculty, called Evaluation, Teaching and Learning.
