Sede Bogotá., ) Useche Rueda, Diana Cecilia; Julio Chitiva, Lizeth Paola; Diosa García, AlejandroThe present intervention proposal seeks to strengthen fine motor skills through plastic arts for children in pre-school grades of the Cerinza Educational Institution, where difficulties are evident in the development of daily academic activities. Therefore, a series of pedagogical strategies are proposed to contribute to strengthening these skills. This process aims for children to experience a series of phases that will make it possible to show the progress of each step without, according to their needs. In the same way, it is proposed to give value to an experimentation space through pedagogical actions related to art that lead the child to discovery scenarios, inquiry, and disinhibition, enhancing not only its cognitive skills, but also the development of manual skills. The instruments used to implement this intervention proposal refer to the intention of the proposal, which is to create a series of strategies that will contribute to strengthening the situation presented, which is mentioned as follows. First is the observation card with which it was possible to show the shortcomings of the children. Second is the field journals that allow the information gathering and the analysis of the situation presented. And finally, the checklists, which give an overview of the situation presented in the classroom which allows a follow-up proposal in the form of a booklet titled "Manitas Creativas" that was designed to monitor the progress of children.

But with the passing of time, the reality that surrounds people has made this wealth ancestral is disappearing due to the acceptance of foreign cultural elements. In this sense, popular traditions such as eating food grown by the hands of the boyacense, the creation of handicrafts with elements from the environment, the practice of songs that have passed from generation to generation, the use of medicines ancestral traditions and the enjoyment of different dances of the region, have been perishing, since eleven that, thanks to their new ways of living, families have put aside all this wealth that made them characteristic, thus generating a loss of Boyacense identity
