Sede Bogotá., ) Jiménez Charrasquiel, Leli Esther; Flórez Huertas, Nelson EnriqueThe present research proposal arises under the need to improve the processes of coexistence in the ninth grade, for this has been established an intervention strategy called: put yourself in my shoes, which starts from a diagnosis in order to identify the main disruptive behaviors, then, the students participate in a role play, elaborate the patchwork quilt, the trial and the mural of situations, with the intention of demonstrating the actions and attitudes that prevent the normal development of the class and therefore, make learning difficult, finally, the decalogue on coexistence is built, based on the agreements of the group and it is intended that in this way, the students are aware of the meaning of the norm and therefore guarantee its compliance; The type of research used is the RAP (research action participation) since it is based on the direct observation of the subjects to intervene and permanently includes the teacher-researcher. At the end of this process it is necessary to conclude that both playfulness and coexistence must be worked on transversally in educational institutions, since in this way it is possible to positively modify the actions and behaviors that alter discipline, harmony, coexistence, while improving the interaction between teachers and students.
