Starting from the technological advances and the OVA strategy under various methodological alternatives in knowledge management, the use of the inverted classroom based on Connectivism as a learning option for people who start the process of employment in the university is determined as a strategic ally. company and that by law they must take occupational health and safety courses. This determination is contemplated due to the target audience that today is in bonding processes and is called the millennial and centennial generation. This strategy seeks to improve the quality of life of the collaborators by avoiding displacement, optimize training times in the classroom by reducing 1 day of training, increase the financial efficiency of the company, saving a total of $33,000 for each of the advisors who enter and break teaching paradigms through virtual content such as OVAs since they are objectively designed according to the learning channel and are available for consultation 7*24. It is important to clarify that the induction process will be focused on loyalty, well-being and contextualization of the company as a new option for personal, work and professional growth.
